The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to provide a fair evaluation to all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged. The existing IVGID websites were originally designed and produced in 2005 and slightly modified in 2008.
IVGID is looking for a strategic web partnership and a web agency that can re‐engineer the sites to incorporate the latest web technology and position them for the future with social integration and mobile features. Upon completion of the development of the sites, IVGID will assume responsibility for web sites content maintenance and administration.
