The City of Bellevue is the fifth largest city in Washington with 122,000 residents and a total daytime population of 201,000. Bellevue is expected to grow over 20% in the next 20 years. Situated at the foot of the Cascade Mountains and nestled between lakes Washington and Sammamish, Bellevue has built a strong reputation as a “City in a Park.” Residents, businesses and government alike take pride in working together to enhance community living and preserve natural ecosystems.
Proposals should be prepared simply, providing a straightforward, concise delineation of the approach and capabilities necessary to satisfy the requirements of the RFP. Technical literature and elaborate promotional materials, if any, must be submitted separately.
