DCC is soliciting written Proposals from companies or individuals interested in providing Website design and development services to redesign the Court’s Website. DCC seeks to create a Website that is designed and organized in a manner that allows users with limited computer experience to easily find and access information, as well as complete various online transactions. The Website should be information rich and provide a wide array of online services. Specifically, the Website requires flexibility for designated staff to add, remove and update content using tools and templates that do not require extensive knowledge of Web development languages or technical structure. The Website will need to interface with currently developed Web pages. The redesigned site should have a theme that promotes the Court with a welcoming, friendly, and professional feel.
