The COP is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to create a community based web site that is youth, adult and family friendly using the Drupal platform. The primary goal for the new web site is to replace the old web site with a more user friendly web site that attracts youth/teens, adults/families, and non-profits/businesses to obtain information and to post information that would benefit the COP community.
